Monday Mood Board: Shopping

Since a couple of weeks some of my creations are in a real shop here in the neighborhood and I pay my "commission" by being a shop attendant for a few days every month. And I found out that I like it; the customers are mostly very happy tourists and very talkative, and when there are no customers in the shop, I can craft at the enormous crafting table in the back of the shop (wish I had such a table at home ...). Therefore, here some real shop experiences from some of our European Street Team sellers on Etsy.

Buttons : achtmalacht

I am so happy to announce that my button creations are now for sale in a real, non-virtual, shop ! My friend Annette from PaperPower, who is one of the initiators, asked me kindly to be part of this adventure. This Saturday is the grand opening from achtmalacht (i.e. 8x8) in Eckernfoerde, Germany. When you happen to be in the area, come and have a look, and a glass of champagne.

Etsy : New Shop for Accessories and Give-Away !

I decided to open a new Etsy shop for my fabric items; they seemed somehow lost in the Button Art shop. So, all my bags, hats, scarves etc. are now moved to P8 Accessories !!!!

Tidbits : Hospital 2

I am back from hospital !!!!!!!!!! yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!! They think they could remove the duodenum tumor completely. Now I have a 30 cm scar on my belly and pretty much pain too. Moreover the intestines are not working properly yet. But all will be ok in time they say ........
So, I opened both my Etsy and DaWanda shops again. You are very welcome to have a look around !

Tidbits : Hospital

Sorry for not being here these days, but a couple of weeks ago I was hospitalized because of a gall colic. By coincidence, they also found a stomach/duodenum tumor and tried to remove it too. Because the tumor was not removed completely, I have to undergo surgery again at the end of this week. I closed both my Etsy and DaWanda shops for the time being.

Tidbits : enjoyable evening !

I am so excited; yesterday evening a woman called me and said she had seen me at a market last year and was interested in one more bag. She asked me if she could come along that evening and bring two friends. Of course, they could come along ! It was an enjoyable evening; we chatted a lot and after looking, commenting and fitting everything, they bought four bags and one necklace !







It's so nice to give my creations a new home. And above that I have to make a large summer hat !
