This Button Wednesday is about button shirts again. After last week I found also some lovely shirts you can do easily yourself. So, I thought the next examples are a great inspiration. The above shirt is from eskimolover101 on Flickr. The next two are pictures from Abbey Ley and wim-merlin on Flickr, respectively.

This Button Wednesday is about buttons in fashion. All kinds of shirts decorated with all kinds of buttons. We start with two awesome shirts from Belgium fashion designer Martin Margiela. 
Scream-button-dress: Vintage buttons are embroidered on a silk chiffon to create a bit-mapped effect motif. Two rectangular pieces of silk muslin are assembled to form a dress. The front is embroidered with various buttons of mother-of-pearl, metal, plastic to draw a mouth. Dress : 25 hours

This creation is a bodysuit with button adornment from Australian Fashion Company "Romance Was Born". It belongs to their Renaissance Dinosaur collection and I love that name :)
